Market on the Miami - Troy, Ohio
The opening day of “Market On The Miami” a new “Local Market” concept in Troy is February 9th from 9a.m.-12p.m. The new market will be held on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month February through May in 2013. The market is co-sponsored by the Miami East FFA Chapter, whose mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
Products include homemade jams, jellies, fruit butters, baked goods, gourmet
roasted coffee, soaps, herbal seasoning mixes, pet treats, candy, honey, maple
syrup, pastured chicken and quail eggs. Seasonal fresh produce, herbs, flowers and
garden plants will also be offered in season. Fresh natural citrus, free of dyes and
chemical processing, will also be available starting in February.
